WHEN AND WHERE : The ARC Recreation Center Program will begin again on September 9th at the YMCA West Facility at 7101 53rd Street, Kenosha. The full schedule is available through the link at top.

TRANSPORTATION: Please remember that you must come inside the building to pick up your young person or charge; we will not allow anyone to wait outside for a ride. The YMCA requires us to leave promptly when our time is up. 8:45pm is the pick-up time. It is your responsibility to pick up your charge(s); the chaperones will NOT provide rides for anyone. Please make the necessary arrangements ahead of time.

CHAPERONES: We need at least 7 volunteers an evening, so if you want this program to continue, please add your name to the sign up sheet at any Recreation Center evening or call Nancy/Dave Rupp at (262)-652-1931 or Susan/Ken Cronce at (262)-948-1015

ARC MEMBERSHIP: We ask that if you attend the Recreation Center, that you join the ARC. The membership dues are $25 per year for a family, and $15 per year for an individual. Four people attending from an individual group home constitutes a family membership which is $30. If more than 4 people from an individual group home attend, membership is $7.50 more for each additional member over 4. Sign up form is attached. This is not a free event; we are charged for the use of the YMCA, so please help us offset the cost of this program.

EMERGENCY FORM REQUESTED: HERE is a link to the "Participant Emergency and Identification Form" that needs to be completed for each individual. You can print it by clicking on the link and selecting "File -> Print" Please bring the completed form to the first Recreation Center evening that you attend. We also use this information to send invitations to the Spring Dinner Dance.

WEATHER: The program is held the 2nd and the 4th Fridays of the month, with a few exceptions. Always refer to your ARC calendar. In case of bad weather, listen to WLIP for cancellations. This is our only way of reaching everyone.
