So that everyone can enjoy their evening, you will need to adhere to the following guidelines so that your participation in this program may continue:

ARRIVAL - Do NOT arrive early. Doors open at 7pm. The room, ARC staff and chaperones will not be available as time is needed to set up the room. Early arrival means waiting outside in your vehicle to give the chaperones time to set up table and games.

CONDUCT - No public displays of affection other than holding hands

EMERGENCY FORM - ARC Recreation Center Participant Emergency & Identification Form is required for your safety. Please bring it the first week or mail it to Nancy Rupp, 2916 50th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53144-4270

PICK UP - No later than 8:45 pm. We do require someone to come inside to pick you up. You cannot wait outside for your ride. The YMCA requires us to leave promptly when our time is up. Chaperones leave at 8:45 so there will be no one available to supervise anyone whose ride is late.

TRANSPORTATION - Everyone must have a ride home. No transportation is provided by ARC or by any of the chaperones. Make your transportation arrangements in advance

SMOKING - No smoking on the YMCA property

CHAPERONES - Chaperones are necessary to keep this program going - sign up early and often

WEATHER - During the winter months listen to WLIP for cancellation notification in case of bad weather
