MISSION: The ARC OF KENOSHA COUNTY is committed to securing choices for persons with developmental disabilities and their families by continuously seeking quality opportunities and justice for its members.

Our organization started in 1957 with a small group of parents that have children with special needs. Five years later, the organization became the Kenosha County Association for Retarded, Inc. and in 1963 joined at the state and national level. After several name changes, we are now the ARC OF KENOSHA COUNTY, INC.
